This Refund Policy governs refund requests for paid subscription plans on riskr.app. We aim to be fair and transparent. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to a paid plan.
This policy is consistent with applicable guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for digital payment services and subscription-based digital products.
riskr offers monthly subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly cycle via Razorpay. The billing date is determined by the date you first subscribe.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. No automatic refunds are issued for automatic renewals — it is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.
We do not offer refunds as a matter of course. However, you may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
If a documented technical failure on our part prevents you from using the core features of your subscribed plan (contract analysis), and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may request a full or partial refund for the affected billing period.
If you are charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
If you identify a charge on your account that you believe was made without your authorisation, please contact us immediately at support@riskr.app. We will investigate and, where confirmed, process a full refund.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date to be considered. Requests received after 7 days will generally not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of fraud or where required by applicable law.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method through Razorpay. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after we initiate the refund. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or card network.
Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you also wish to request a refund for the current period, you must separately submit a refund request as described above.
To cancel your subscription, go to Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
riskr processes payments through Razorpay, a regulated payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. All payment processing is conducted in compliance with applicable RBI guidelines for digital payment services. For disputes relating to payment processing, you may also contact Razorpay's support or raise a complaint through the RBI's Integrated Ombudsman Scheme if required.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. The updated policy will apply to billing cycles commencing after the effective date.
